KAVITA RAMNANAN

I am an experienced and tactical Lawyer who is offering expertise in both handling court cases as well as avoiding courtroom by negotiating favourable settlements.

I completed my legal education in the U.K. and I was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 2010. I was in private practice in Trinidad & Tobago focusing on Subrogation, Insurance Law and Corporate Law until I migrated to Canada in 2013. I was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and I have been practicing in various areas of law since. I have represented clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.
